Puppy Love, owned and operated by husband and wife Nancy and Sean Silverman, is not a franchise. Nancy and Sean are on the premises 6 – 7 days per week and the store is filled with their personal care and attention. Our staff will be glad to help you and answer all your questions.

Staff members are in the shop 12 hours per day, 7 days per week during holidays, rain, shine, or snowstorm, caring for the puppies. At Puppy Love, our employees are responsible adults who are caring, knowledgeable and experienced. Most of our staff have been with us for many years.

The veterinarians at South Salem Animal Hospital and Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital have supervised puppy health care at Puppy Love since our opening in 1996. They visit the store twice every week to check our puppies and keep them current with vaccinations. Puppy Love customers who continue to use them for the care of their new puppy are also offered additional services free of charge.

Over the years, with their expertise and professionalism, the veterinarians have made us puppy experts! Nancy and Sean periodically take trips to visit their breeders. These trips enable them to get to know the breeders and the quality of the puppies. This differentiates Puppy Love from large franchise stores. Nancy and Sean are the owners of seven dogs themselves, proof that they are impossible to resist! They care about their puppies and their customers, and want to help you choose the puppy that is right for you!
